What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Three things, and only when they're needed to do the work.

• Your email — used to sign you into the portal, send your plan and invoice, and respond when you reach out.
• Payment data — processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number; we only store the order id, the plan you bought, and the total charged.
• Operational data — the plan and billing cycle you picked, the order total, the order status, your subscription state, and the WhatsApp number you optionally save in the portal so the team can reach you.

To deliver your plan, send your invoice, confirm details during setup, and follow up over WhatsApp if you opted in. We don't sell your data, don't run ad networks against it, and don't share it with anyone outside the small list below.

• Lucid Mind Labs — the founder and the AI agents that help with delivery. Same access rules apply to both.
• Infrastructure providers — a small set of vendors we use to run the service (payment processing, database, and hosting). Each one only sees the data needed to provide their piece of the service, and only under written agreements that limit what they can do with it.

For as long as you're an active customer. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your customer record, orders, and saved WhatsApp number within 30 days. Anonymised billing totals stay for the period our tax jurisdiction requires.

The portal uses a session cookie so you stay signed in. The marketing site doesn't set tracking cookies. No third-party analytics on the logged-in pages.

You can, at any time:

• Ask what we have on you — we'll send a copy within 7 days.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Export your data as JSON.
• Stop using the platform. Cancellation stops future charges; the records above describe what we keep after.
